日前，从ATC音响和中国代理一起发出的新闻稿，是对市场上出现的ATC伪冒产品的严正声明。
各位需要购买ATC扬声器、或者通过非正常渠道购买了ATV扬声器的朋友，请认真注意以下新闻稿的内容。
关于ATC扬声器，购买前可先咨询ATC中国总代理:"香港Sound Concepts Ltd."，或者联系广州的"力高音响中心"，向他们了解当地的合法指定经销商，就可以买到绝对货真价实的原装正货了。
新闻稿内容如下：

敬告消费者 英国ATC Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.关注近日有伪造之冒牌ATC扬声器出现于中国市场，此乃非法行为，ATC保留所有追究权利，并会对有关不法商人采取法律行动。 为保障客户免受欺骗，请各消费祇向获ATC授权之代理商 -中国广州力高音响中心或香港Sound Concepts Ltd.及其认可之经销商选购ATC产品。
所有ATC真品，都会有由以上两间公司所签发的保用证，亦会附有由ATC厂商生产部所签发的ATC生产证书。ATC亦欢迎代为查核贵客户已购产品之真伪（请提供产品之机身编号及照片等）。

WARNING 24th November 2005 It has come to the attention of ATC Loudspeaker Technology Ltd. that there may be fake ATC loudspeakers in the Chinese market. This is an illegal act and ATC reserves the right to pursue and take legal action against anyone found passing fake product. To protect customers from this fraud, ATC products should only be obtained from authorised dealers of Laco Hi-Fi in Guangzhou or Hong Kong Sound Concepts. All Genuine ATC products will have a combined warranty card issued by both of these companies. Each product will include an ATC build card signed by the factory build team.
